Step Four – When and What Meats and Vegetables to Eat?

When to Eat.

  • Avoid habit eating, only eat when hungry
  • Create an eating window, (example noon – 7 PM) the smaller the window the better.


Simply eat organic cooked vegetables, especially those from the cruciferous family. Examples include kale, broccoli, spinach, carrots, swiss chard, asparagus, red cabbage and collard greens. Avoid nuts, peas, GMO produce and starchy foods like potato and rice.


Also eat meats that are ideally organic, such as wild or grass-fed.
