Step Three – Go for a Weekly Walk Outside.

Most people are stuck relying on sugars for energy. We need to burn thru sugar reserves and switch to fat as the primary fuel source.

Additionally, many people, especially those above ideal weight have poor adrenals. For which switching to fat burning and healing adrenal issues walking is perfect.

Aim for one walk of 1-4 hours, once or more per week.

Monitoring

Take a break / week off, monitor using BP and HRV measurements.

BP Test, ideally both SYS and DIA should rise on standing. If you are an ox then SYS should rise more than 20 points upon standing.

If you notice SYS or DIA falling, upon standing maybe take a week off and get more rest and nutrition.
