  • Pink Himalayan Salt, 1/2 – 1 teaspoon daily,
  • Nutritional Yeast, 1 tablespoon daily,
  • *** Dosage should be adjusted based on personal need, excess Potassium and excess Magnesium usually manifests as diarrhea. ***

Other vitamins, minerals, fats and proteins should be supplemented as needed.
